To jump to a quick example, I saw Neil Kolbans work referenced so did a quick check and their GitHub has stopped development but also their book was last updated in 2018. This is because Esp32 and all its variants are still very much in development.

Online documentation, the way espressif is providing it, is at present (and not including regular hands-on direction with an experienced user) the most useful way to not only learn about these kinds of systems but to learn to learn about them. You dismissed their points and to that end you were wrong to do so. As Vlad already mentioned there's online documentation. This comment is to provide you with why your insistence on finding such a book is the less advised path you should take. Just putting that there since your post is specifically requesting that kind of resource. This comment isn't to provide you a book. Clearing the basics without overloading the details

From this post, I'm asking you all based on your collective experiences, how to read the documentation efficiently? or maybe if there's another resource that does that. I have an esp32-cam and want to learn the framework in depth. Memes and other low effort jokes are not acceptable forms of content. Please keep submissions on topic and of high quality.Ĭivility & Respect are expected. It is a successor to the ESP8266 microcontroller.
